What is invisalign?
Invisalign is a new invisible aligner for your teeth! Invisalign has all the functional benefits of traditional braces with the added convenience of being transparent. Made of an acrylic resin, Invisalign can solve all the same problems that braces can while being discrete and hidden from other people’s view.
Like braces, Invisalign applies controlled force on the teeth to guide them towards the desired position gradually. Every 4-6 weeks, a modified Invisalign retainer is made to progress the next phase’s alignment until the target alignment is achieved. Afterward, permanent retainers maintain the teeth’s healthy shape.

Our specialized staff will perform a complete dental exam to provide the best plan for you, whether it be Invisalign or any other avenue for teeth alignment. After your Invisalign treatment plan is made, an impression of your teeth will be sent to the laboratory, where dedicated software customizes the Invisalign aligners’ shape to fit your teeth perfectly.
Pros & Cons VS. Braces
- Unlike braces, Invisalign can be taken off to eat, brush, and floss.
- Invisalign must be worn between 18-22 hours per day.
- Invisalign treatments take one year. Braces take 2-4 years.
